Recently, the Jilin Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security issued a public notice on the evaluation results of the 2023 Jilin Province Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Project for Overseas Chinese. Our company's Dr. Wang Zongliang applied for the project "Research and Development of New Stem Cell Carrier Materials with Identification, Adhesion, and Growth and Differentiation Control Functions", which was successfully selected through online defense and on-site inspection organized by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security. This is the first time that our company's personnel have received funding for this talent project, and have received a funding of 50000 yuan.

This project is based on the requirements of the Notice of the Jilin Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on Issuing the Application Guidelines for 2023 Jilin Province Talent Development Special Fund Funding Projects (Second Batch) (Ji Ren She Lian [2023] No. 19), and the Department of Human Resources and Social Security carried out the selection of funding for 2023 Jilin Province's science and technology innovation and entrepreneurship projects for overseas students throughout the province. Intended to combine projects with technological innovation and entrepreneurship, and to cultivate a high-level talent team, encouraging overseas returnees to rely on enterprises to carry out high-level research and development work.

Dr. Wang Zongliang joined the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2008, serving as an assistant researcher and associate researcher. For the past 15 years, I have been engaged in research on tissue engineering and regenerative medical materials, and have published 24 SCI papers as the first author and corresponding author. I have applied for 35 invention patents and obtained 30 authorized invention patents. I have also led 6 projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Jilin Province Excellent Young Talents Project, and the Jilin Province Chinese Academy of Sciences Cooperation High tech Industrialization Project. My backbone has participated in international scientific and technological cooperation with the Ministry of Science and Technology, as well as major scientific and technological breakthroughs in the "Double Ten Project" in Jilin Province Seven international cooperation projects including the Chinese Academy of Sciences JSPS, and one second prize in Jilin Province Natural Science Award was won as the second author. From December 2019 to December 2020, supported by the National Scholarship Fund, I went to Harvard Medical School in the United States to conduct research on public visits. After returning to China, he actively devoted himself to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, participated in the establishment of the industrialized enterprise "Jilin Zhongkekang Technology Co., Ltd.", and was committed to the development of new materials and products for regenerative medicine. Currently, serving as the Deputy General Manager of Zhongke Kang, responsible for product research and development, design and development of new cell carrier materials, and pilot process research.

The approved projects have gone through various procedures such as individual application, unit recommendation, blind evaluation and initial review, on-site inspection, defense and review, and public announcement. A total of 20 overseas students in the province have received funding for their science and technology innovation and entrepreneurship projects.

Experts from the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and Director Wang Yimin of the Postdoctoral Work Department led a team of experts to conduct on-site inspections and assessments of the enterprise.
